الفلا لتقنية المعلومات in Abu Dhabi seeks an Architectural Engineer with extensive UAE consultancy experience. You will design, develop drawings, and liaise with government entities to obtain permits for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations using AutoCAD and Revit. UAE experience and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction.
Experience in UAE engineering consultancy offices, preferably Abu Dhabi.
Knowledge of local regulations and building permit procedures.
Ability to create architectural design programs and prepare drawings.
Ability to interact with governmental entities and follow up on approvals.

Responsabilités

Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications per standards.
Review designs for compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations.
Submit drawings and follow procedures for building permits.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
Use AutoCAD and Revit for engineering design.
Address technical observations issued by government entities.
