Job summary

STUDIOI in Dubai seeks an Architect with 1-2 years of experience to design buildings, produce detailed drawings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on projects from concept to completion.

You will work with Revit, AutoCAD and other design tools, communicating with clients and engineers to meet budget and regulatory requirements, with occasional site travel in a dynamic design consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• 1–2 years of Architecture experience.
• Experience in Revit, AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational, project management and planning skills.
• Ability to liaise with multiple disciplines and clients.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Creating building designs and detailed drawings by hand and CAD.
• Liaising with construction professionals about feasibility.
• Work within constraints of planning, environment and budget.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers and technologists.
• Write and present project reports, proposals, contracts.
• Choose materials and specify project requirements.
• Adapt plans to circumstances and resolve construction problems.
• Ensure project runs to schedule and budget.

• Travel to sites, locations and client meetings.
