Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reviews of architectural and finishing works' designs, shop drawings and material submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Facilitate the coordination of project activities among various parties, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and review technical correspondences, contract documentations, and project‑related documentation to maintain clear and effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Scrutinize project deliverables, such as drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design intent.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing project updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with design offices to facilitate design modifications, resolve design‑related issues, and ensure seamless integration of design changes into the project.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams, addressing construction challenges, clarifying design intent, and ensuring the highest quality of architectural and finishing works.
- Attend and actively participate in technical meetings, including project review meetings, progress assessments, and coordination sessions, to keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Liaise with site supervision team and conduct site visits to understand projects' required details and pending design issues.
- Coordinate with technical team to initiate the required actions to respond to contractor.
- Perform any other jobs as may be assigned by the superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required.
- Experience in architectural project execution, coordination, and supervision.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices, building codes, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Proven experience in liaising with clients, governmental authorities, and design offices.
- Effective problem‑solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
