Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development for assigned building projects and work packages.
- Interpret client briefs, functional requirements, and project objectives into clear architectural solutions.
- Develop design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, technical performance, and project constraints.
- Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and other specialist disciplines.
- Guide the preparation of plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and supporting design documentation.
- Manage technical complexities that arise as architectural concepts progress toward coordinated design solutions.
- Review design information for consistency, accuracy, constructability, and alignment with approved project requirements.
- Participate in client workshops and design reviews, communicating architectural concepts and recommendations clearly.
- Incorporate approved stakeholder feedback without compromising essential design or technical requirements.
- Monitor architectural deliverables against project schedules and identify potential design-related delays.
- Work within established project budgets and support efficient use of design resources.

- Professional qualification in Architecture or a closely related architectural discipline.
