Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural and urban design development across multidisciplinary projects.
- Translate project requirements into coordinated architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Support preparation and review of architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and design documentation.
- Coordinate architectural inputs with structural, MEP, landscape, infrastructure, and specialist disciplines.
- Apply architectural planning principles to ensure functional, efficient, and coherent project outcomes.
- Support integration of urban design considerations into building and master planning assignments.
- Review design information for consistency with project objectives and applicable standards.
- Assist with design coordination throughout concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
- Participate in internal design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Support preparation of technical and presentation materials for project stakeholders.
- Contribute to resolution of design issues through structured architectural analysis.
- Maintain alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and project constraints.
- Support compliance with relevant local authority requirements and architectural regulations.
- Assist with preparation of submissions requiring architectural coordination or professional review.
- Coordinate comments and revisions arising from client, consultant, or authority feedback.
- Contribute to design quality assurance and documentation consistency.
- Maintain organized architectural records and current design documentation.
- Support project teams in achieving timely and coordinated design deliverables.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
- Postgraduate qualification in Architecture or Urban Design.
- Strong academic and professional grounding in architectural design and built-environment planning.
- International professional accreditation such as RIBA, AIA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Local Authority Architect registration is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary architectural and engineering teams.
- Good understanding of architectural design processes from early concept through coordinated documentation.
- Familiarity with urban design principles and their relationship to buildings, public realm, and broader development context.
- Strong attention to design quality, coordination, and technical accuracy.
- Ability to interpret project briefs and translate requirements into practical design responses.
- Effective communication skills for working with technical teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Experience within a major consultancy or complex design environment is advantageous.
