Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent; professional license/registration required.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design, project delivery and team leadership.
• Experience in the Middle East; UAE construction practices and standards knowledge is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design and development of architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
• Review, analyze and approve conceptual designs, technical drawings and specifications while maintaining high quality and precision.
• Execute complex technical assignments independently and with leadership involvement, showing decisiveness and analytical thinking.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities across departments and with external stakeholders for efficient project delivery.
• Develop and implement innovative architectural methods; mentor and train staff to elevate team capabilities.
• Maintain liaison with design, drafting and construction teams to ensure project cohesion and timely delivery.
• Analyze building codes and sustainability standards for UAE and international markets to ensure compliance.
• Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism; provide regular updates.

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals
• Review, analyze, and approve conceptual designs, technical drawings, and specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision
• Execute complex technical assignments independently and collaboratively, working under the direction of senior leadership while demonstrating decisiveness and analytical thinking
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities across departments and with external stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and efficient project delivery
• Develop and implement innovative architectural methods, techniques, and best practices; mentor and train architectural and design personnel to elevate team capabilities
• Maintain strong liaison with design, drafting, and construction teams to ensure project cohesion, consistency, and adherence to timelines
• Analyze building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards applicable to projects in the UAE and international markets, ensuring full compliance
• Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with transparency and clarity
• Utilize advanced modeling software and tools to create detailed technical documentation and presentations that communicate design intent effectively
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to optimize design solutions and resolve technical challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification; professional architecture license or registrationis required
• Minimum 4years of professional experience in architectural design, project delivery, and team leadership
• Experience in the Middle East, markets is highly desirable; familiarity with UAE construction practices and standards is a significant advantage
