Job summary

ALBADDAD Group in Dubai seeks an Architect to develop, coordinate, and support architectural designs in line with project requirements, codes, and industry standards. The Architect will contribute to concepts, drawings, and technical documentation while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and knowledge of UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of other BIM software is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and resolve conflicts.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, details, elevations, and sections.
• Produce and review technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines for integration.
• Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with design intent.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve issues.
• Incorporate client comments and approved changes into drawings.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools for modeling and drawing updates.
