Novotel & ibis Gate Hotel in Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth across corporate, group, and MICE segments. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships to maximize room revenue while maintaining excellent client service.

The role requires strong negotiation, market insight, and leadership to guide the sales team and align with marketing and operations for optimal hotel performance.

Formación

• Previous experience as Sales Manager in hospitality.
• Strong UAE hospitality market knowledge with corporate, group, and MICE sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented with leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel’s client base.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and manage corporate agreements for profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations.
• Monitor KPIs and provide forecasts, reports and business plans.
