Job summary

Arjan oasis interior decor fz-llc in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Marketing Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships and promote interior decoration and solid surface services. You will identify opportunities, conduct meetings and drive sales to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the UAE market and a valid UAE driving license. English fluency is required with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing and Sales, preferably in Interior Decoration, Fit‑Out, Construction or Solid Surface industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, architects and interior designers.
• Promote interior decoration, fit-out and solid surface products and services.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
• Manage social media marketing, online promotions and other lead-generation activities.
• Conduct market research and identify potential projects and customers.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to convert leads into sales.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
