Job summary

ELE Interiors is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator in Dubai to support client relationships, manage CRM data, and assist with proposals and reporting. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently with high-net-worth clients.

Ideal candidates will be assertive, well-presented, and experienced in sales administration within a creative/construction context.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, social media platforms, email, and text.
• Keep client data and sales activities up-to-date in the CRM.
• Create and amend proposals based on project requirements, and ensure documents are signed in a timely manner.
• Save and organise client documents in shared folders, coordinating with the admin team to keep files current.
• Work with Marketing to track lead sources and assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Create company profiles and portfolios for sales pitches. Occasionally assist with Marketing Administration work
• Attend daily sales meetings, assist with progress reports, and update the team on client activities.

We’re lookingfor a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team and support clientrelationships, this role calls for someone assertive and presentable both onthe phone and in-person to deal with HNW clients. Highly organised, confidentto work independently and has a good understanding of reporting, documentorganisation & CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• ClientCommunication: Respond promptly and professionally to clientinquiries via phone, social media platforms, email, and text.
