Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is seeking a service oriented Bar Host/Hostess to join their extraordinary team in Dubai. Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, this role focuses on warm welcomes, seating guests, and delivering attentive service.

You will manage seating, take bookings, respond to inquiries, and work rotating shifts. Requirements include 1–2 years in a similar role, excellent English, and familiarity with hotel systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of similar or relative experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems.
• Amenable for working rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner and ascertain dining needs.
• Seat guests and manage seating chart and dining flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Take bookings via telephone, fax, emails and convert inquiries into reservations.
