Ideally you have 1–2 years of experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, fluent English, and comfort with hotel systems. Rotation shifts are required to cover peak times, delivering True Hospitality in every interaction.

• Amenable for working rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner at the bar.

• Take bookings for the restaurant via telephone, email, or other channels.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest requirements.
