Job summary

Sapaad is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (Arabic speaker) in the UAE to join our Support team in a full-time role. You will bridge customers and our SaaS platform, handling onboarding, training, and ongoing support via email, phone, chat, and on-site visits as needed.

Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced food & beverage tech environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience).
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on skills in customer success within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Sapaad’s software and how it supports F&B operations.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure smooth start with Sapaad.
• Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and onboarding programs.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, or chat to understand and resolve issues.
• Own customer issues and support tickets, coordinating with engineering when needed.
• Provide clear, user-friendly communication throughout the journey.
• Assist with deployments remotely and on-site as needed.
