TALENTMATE is hiring a Customer Service Assistant (Arabic Speaker) in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for Planet customers, shoppers and partners across voice and digital channels, delivering fast, accurate and human service.

You will work with Operations and other teams to remove friction and improve the Planet experience. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via calls, emails and chats, guiding customers on products and policies, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chats and other digital enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear, accurate guidance on Planet products, services, processes and policies.
• Take ownership of complaints and service issues through to closure.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases through the proper channels.
• Record interactions accurately in customer management systems.
