Job summary

Planet is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to be the trusted first contact, handling enquiries across voice and digital channels and guiding each case to a clear and timely resolution.

You will respond promptly, provide accurate guidance on Planet products, record interactions, and collaborate with Operations. The role operates in a hybrid model with three days in the office in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre preferred.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, CRM and contact centre systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and willing to learn and adapt to change.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred if relevant experience demonstrates.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chats and other digital enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear, accurate guidance on Planet products, services, processes and policies.
• Listen carefully, understand the underlying need and tailor the response to the customer or partner.
• Take ownership of complaints and service issues, keeping the customer informed through to closure.
• Escalate complex, sensitive or high-risk cases through the correct channels.
• Investigate enquiries using Planet systems, knowledge resources and internal expertise.
• Aim to resolve issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Coordinate with Operations and other relevant teams to remove blockers and secure timely outcomes.
• Follow up on open cases and commitments, ensuring nothing is left unresolved.
• Identify recurring themes, service gaps and improvement opportunities, and share them with the team.
