Job summary

Tanizze in Dubai is seeking an Arabic-speaking Call Center Executive to support our healthcare and aesthetics services. You will handle patient calls, verify eligibility, schedule appointments, and promote treatments with care and professionalism.

Fluent English and Arabic, strong sales and customer-service skills, and experience in healthcare are essential. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication and the ability to upsell and cross-sell over the phone.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker required.

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with patients in Arabic and English.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Perform and/or assist with insurance eligibility checks and verify insurance coverage.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of health insurance procedures and requirements.
