Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking an Arabic-speaking Call Center Executive to join our healthcare and aesthetics team in Dubai. You will handle patient calls in Arabic and English, schedule appointments, and manage insurance eligibility while driving conversion through skilled upselling and cross-selling.

The role requires previous healthcare experience, excellent English proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding patient service in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker – mandatory.
• Previous clinical/healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in medical and aesthetic services, preferably within a day surgery centre, clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance eligibility checks and insurance processes.
• Proven sales and conversion skills, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling over the phone.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
