Confidential, a leading UAE business group specialised in automotive and mobility solutions, is expanding its TBA (Tyres, Batteries, Lubricants & Accessories) business in Abu Dhabi and seeks a proven candidate with excellent Arabic speaking skills.

The role develops and grows tyre, battery, lubricant and spare parts sales across fleet, retail and government channels, liaising with government entities for brand registration, vendor onboarding and tenders, and building the business from the ground

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in UAE automotive aftermarket or related B2B sales
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred
• Fluent Arabic (essential — government-facing role) + strong English
• Established network among Abu Dhabi fleets and trade

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow tyres, batteries, lubricants & spare parts sales across fleet, retail, and government channels
• Liaise directly with government entities for brand registration, vendor onboarding, and tenders
• Build the business from the ground up and own it
