Job summary

KPM Global Services LLC is seeking an Arabic-speaking Medical Receptionist for a healthcare facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will speak fluent Arabic and English, handle patient requests, and manage a professional reception.

You will welcome patients, answer calls and WhatsApp inquiries, schedule appointments, maintain records, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure patient confidentiality while delivering high standards of service throughout the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic communication is essential.
• Good command of English.
• Experience as Medical Receptionist or similar role.
• Experience in an aesthetic/dermatology/dental/medical clinic preferred.
• Strong telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and enquiries.
• Currently based in the UAE preferred.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information.
