Responsibilities

• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Communicate needs during busy periods and inform Chef of excess items for specials.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Follow safety and security policies and report issues.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees.
