Job summary

Tickmill is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist for our UAE office. You will provide professional assistance to clients via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, handling account inquiries and trading platform issues.

The role requires at least 1 year in regulated financial services, fluency in Arabic and English, and a university degree. Evening shifts (15:00–23:00 Dubai Time) are offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Sales role within a regulated financial services company.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
College or University degree.

Responsibilities

Provide professional support to clients via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
Assist clients with account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general account-related inquiries.
Resolve issues related to trading platforms, account management, trade execution, and technical functionality.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
