Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Arabic dishes (mezze, grills, rice, desserts).
• Ensure high quality, consistency and presentation standards.
• Manage food preparation, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
