Job summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef / Cook (Arabic Cuisine) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The role will lead kitchen operations with a focus on authentic Arabic dishes and the highest culinary standards.

Responsibilities include preparing a wide variety of Arabic dishes, overseeing workflow and quality control, managing a kitchen team, maintaining impeccable hygiene, refining recipes, and controlling food costs within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef/Cook in Arabic restaurant or catering service.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine and diverse cooking techniques.
• Proficiency in knife work, spice blending, grilling, stewing and baking.
• Strong leadership to guide and motivate a kitchen team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues and management.
• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Fluency in Arabic is a highly desirable asset.
