Job summary

Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie - Arabic to join our culinary team in Dubai. You will assist the Sous Chef to direct the main kitchen operations, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely prep to meet hotel standards and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates will hold a degree in culinary arts, have at least 2 years of Arabic cuisine experience, possess broad knowledge of international culinary practices, and demonstrate strong English communication

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Arabic cuisine required.
• Vast knowledge of international culinary practices, menus and offerings.
• High level of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef to direct day-to-day kitchen activities and manage work assignments.
• Assist Sous Chef to manage Outlet Kitchen operations to achieve optimum departmental profit.
• Assist Sous Chef to maintain food quality, sanitation and costing accuracy.
• Assist Sous Chef to oversee special events and food promotions.
• Assist Sous Chef to develop new dishes and recipes.
• Support cost control and inventory procedures across the kitchen.
