Palma Beach Hotel & Health Spa in Umm Al Quwain invites an experienced Arabic Chef to join our kitchen leadership. You will oversee prep and presentation of all food items in line with SOPs and menu guidelines, while delivering professional guest service and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the culinary area.
• Cost control including food, tools, and waste to meet hotel goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Outlet kitchen in prep work and presentation of all food items per SOPs and menu guidelines.
• Provide professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues.
• Ensure kitchen staff are aware of standards and expectations.
