Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork and a track record in luxury hospitality or high-volume fine dining, with strict adherence to food safety and HACCP protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Strong expertise in Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Hotel, resort, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Strong kitchen organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes.
