Job summary

Client of Reap HR in Al Ain is urgently seeking an experienced Male Arabic Chef to lead authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine in a high-luxury resort kitchen. The candidate will oversee preparation, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen operations to uphold the resort's luxury standards.

You will manage mise en place, supervise staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and coordinate with culinary and service teams during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Arabic Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Strong expertise in Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Hotel, resort, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Strong kitchen organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
