Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.
• Strong expertise in Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Experience in luxury resort, hotel, or fine-dining settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes.
• Maintain high quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Supervise food preparation and ensure recipes and standards are followed.
• Organize daily mise en place and kitchen workflow.
• Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain HACCP standards and hygiene across the kitchen.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service.
