Job summary

Mountfitchet Group is hiring an Arabic Charter Sales Executive (Cargo Department) in Dubai. The trainee will be mentored for 6 months to learn the cargo charter process, aircraft types, and sales cycles while building a client base in the aviation sector.

You will target prospects, manage charters from enquiry to completion, and coordinate with operators to ensure smooth dispatch, all while meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing sales roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic communication.
• Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of potential customers via research databases, websites, LinkedIn, trade publications, and other sources.
• Proactively reach prospects through outbound calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face visits; convert leads into customers.
• Maintain relationships with Cargo Operators to access a wide range of aircraft solutions.
• Nurture customer relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Work towards and contribute to sales targets and financial objectives.
• Develop knowledge of aircraft types, cargo capabilities, and the chartering process.
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion; handle urgent requests outside hours.
