Job summary

Anzurra is supporting a rapidly expanding UAE-based fit-out contractor in Dubai and the Northern Emirates to recruit a Commercial Manager who will own the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple live projects.

You will lead the commercial function, manage budgets, cashflows, and subcontractor procurement, and report to senior leadership. Experience with CAT A/B fit-outs and JCT or D&B contracts is essential.

Qualifications

• CAT A and CAT B fit-out project experience.
• Experience with lump sum and Design & Build contracts.

Job Description:

The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial function across multiple live fit-out projects in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

You will oversee full project lifecycle commercial management, reporting directly to senior leadership, and working closely with project directors, site teams, and clients. The role requires strong leadership capability, robust contractual awareness, and the ability to manage fast-paced interior fit-out programmes.

Projects will typically involve CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, refurbishment schemes, and high-specification workplace environments.

• Full commercial management of fit-out projects from pre-contract through to final account

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• 8–12+ years’ experience within commercial management, ideally within the fit-out sector
• Proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects
• Strong background in lump sum and Design & Build contracts
• Experience managing multiple packages and subcontractor negotiations
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial teams on fast-paced interior schemes
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and reporting capability
