Job summary

QIC UAE in Dubai seeks an experienced L1 Support Analyst / Business Analyst to support Finance and HRMS applications, blending application support, business analysis, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in ERP/Finance environments, with strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, Oracle Database knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP and Finance application support.

We’re Hiring: Support Analyst / Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced L1 Support Analyst / Business Analyst to support business-critical Finance and HRMS applications.

The role combines application support, business analysis, functional testing, and stakeholder coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with Finance users, HR teams, developers, and technical support teams to maintain stable operations and deliver system improvements.

Role focus:

• Finance applications: 70%
• HRMS applications: 30%
• Experience required: 6 to 8 years.
• Preferred background: Insurance and Financial Services.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in ERP and Finance application support.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, and financial closing processes.
• Working knowledge of employee, leave, attendance, organization structure, and self-service modules.
• Experience in business requirements, process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
