Job summary

Central Ventilation System is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC solutions specialist to support client communications, prepare quotations, and manage project documentation across UAE and neighboring countries. The role covers AutoCAD tagging, ERP order processing, and coordination with Finance, Production, Logistics, and Management to ensure on-time delivery.

• Experience in HVAC products and application engineering.
• Knowledge of ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes, and sound attenuators.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP systems.
• Experience in quotation preparation, technical submittals, and order processing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication, order inquiries, deliveries, and project documentation.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, compliance statements, and acoustic calculations.
• Prepare AutoCAD tag drawings and tag lists for production.
• Process ERP-based sales orders, order acknowledgements, OERs, and OPRs.
• Verify quantities against client LPOs and ensure accurate order processing.
• Assist the Sales Team with product selections, technical support, and quotation follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Finance, Production, Logistics, and Management for costing approvals, quality control, and timely project delivery.
• Support projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Egypt.
