Job summary

Apple Pay is seeking an experienced Business Development and Account Management professional to join the Apple Pay team in Dubai to develop relationships and strategic alliances with e-commerce merchants, PSPs, processors, and enablers in the Middle East.

This full-time role requires collaboration with Apple Pay leaders, Worldwide Developer Relations, product marketing, and engineering to shape adoption strategies that impact core business performance and drive merchant adoption of Apple Pay

Qualifications

• Deep experience across online payments and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Proven ability to promote payment product adoption with merchants, PSPs, and processors.
• Skilled at advising both technical and non-technical partner stakeholders.
• Track record of driving adoption and account growth with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strategic pipeline of prospective partners to increase Apple Pay adoption.
• Engage partners to guide them through commercial value, technical feasibility, and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partners, product requirements, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead integration/testing planning and rollout of partner programs.
• Provide ongoing management and communications on partner health and commercial results.
