Job summary

Apple Pay is seeking an experienced Business Development and Account Management professional to expand merchant adoption across the Middle East from our Dubai office. You will partner with ecommerce merchants, PSPs, and processors, guiding adoption strategy and ongoing engagement of Apple Pay.

The role requires deep payments knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional discussions with product, marketing, and engineering teams to shape partnership initiatives and drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Deep experience across online payments promoting payment product adoption with merchants, PSPs, and processors.
• Strong business development and account management skills to translate Apple Pay capabilities into adoption strategies.
• Ability to navigate technical and systemic complexities to drive adoption of new tech.
• Proven success delivering high-impact adoption and account growth against business metrics.
• Experience guiding partners through technical and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strategic pipeline of partners to increase merchant adoption of Apple Pay.
• Engage partners to guide commercial value, technical feasibility, and adoption of Apple Pay.
• Participate on cross-functional internal teams to define partners, product requirements, adoption strategies, integration/testing plans, and go-to-market launch programs.
• Manage partnerships on an ongoing basis, delivering feature enhancements to drive adoption and conversion.
• Provide regular communications to internal teams regarding adoption strategy, partner health, and commercial results.
