Job summary

Equiti Group is seeking a Paid Search Lead – App Campaigns to drive global mobile app user acquisition across Google UAC and Apple Search Ads. You will work with the in-house digital team to deliver growth across geographies, while coordinating with product and analytics to optimise value-based bidding.

You will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, experiment with bidding models, and leverage automation to scale performance, all while ensuring high-quality reporting and cross-channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field.
• Experience in managing paid app user acquisition and/or Paid Search.
• Strong knowledge of app attribution and tracking.
• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular).
• Proven ability to optimize across Google UAC and Apple Search Ads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimise app user acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage full-funnel campaign execution from install to first trade.
• Experiment with bidding strategies and keyword targeting to hit CPI/CPA/ROAS KPIs.
• Utilise automation and AI features to scale performance.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and cross-geo performance.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Programmatic, Analytics and CRM teams.
