Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Paid Media Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead global Google Ads campaigns and Big Media across Meta/TikTok/X. You will optimize bidding, budgets, audiences, and landing pages to drive efficient CAC and ROAS.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of experience, strong English, and hands-on Google Ads expertise with App Campaigns and Search Ads, plus familiarity with AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase. You will collaborate with regional teams to scale growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale global Google Ads campaigns across Search, App Campaigns, Display, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Execute and optimize Big Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X and other major platforms.
• Optimize campaign performance through bidding, targeting, budget allocation and audience strategies.
• Drive Web-to-App (W2A) acquisition and optimize landing pages, deep links and conversion funnels.
• Drive creative optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Monitor and optimize CPA, LTV, ROI and user quality.
• Collaborate with Regional, BI, Creative and Product teams to drive growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing, with sizable budget management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, especially App Campaigns and Search Ads.
• Practical experience with at least one other major platform, such as Meta, TikTok, or X.
• Solid understanding of bidding strategies, MMP attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, global market experience, and professional English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Finance.
• Familiarity with AppsFlyer, GA4 and Firebase
