Job summary

NAFFCO Careers is seeking an experienced After Sales Engineer for the Ambulance & Medical Fleet Solutions team in Dubai. This role combines technical expertise in ambulance fit-outs and medical equipment integration with high-level customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems. Responsibilities include providing support to clients and ensuring compliance and functionality of ambulance fleets.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in after-sales, service engineering or field support.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and medical device integration.
• Experience with diagnosing faults across mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients for maintenance and repair services.
• Provide technical after-sales support for ambulance solutions.
• Manage and coordinate repair, maintenance and retrofit activities.

Skills

Proven experience in after-sales, service engineering or field support

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle electrical systems

Experience diagnosing faults and performing root cause analysis

Familiarity with gas and oxygen systems used in ambulances

Competent with service management tools and CRM/ERP systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or related engineering discipline

Tools

Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
