Job summary

Dubai Corporation For Ambulance Services is seeking a senior professional to lead maintenance and development for corporate facilities and ambulance stations. The role covers policy development, project planning, procurement, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will oversee budgets, tender processes, contractor evaluation, and compliance with technical standards, while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree: Minimum 9 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 11 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Management, or an equivalent discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures for maintenance and development of corporate facilities, buildings, and ambulance station buildings.
• Plan, design, and manage construction, preventive, and emergency maintenance projects for corporate buildings and ambulance facilities.
• Prepare studies for establishing new ambulance stations in line with Dubai's urban expansion plan.
• Prepare annual budgets for construction projects, infrastructure development, maintenance, renovation, and facility management needs.
• Assess maintenance and development needs, manage tendering, analyze proposals, and evaluate contractor capabilities.
