Fluency in English is essential, with Russian a plus. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, a strong service mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a boutique resort environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a server in a luxury resort/hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service following SOPs.
• Maintain high appearance and grooming standards.
• Collaborate with team across restaurant and bar functions.
• Develop working knowledge of menu, ingredients, and information for the restaurant and resort.
• Keep area clean and organized, adhering to checklists.
• Build rapport with guests and foster good customer relationships.
• Support fellow servers during service as needed.
• Create a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
