Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, invites applications for a Guest Experience Ambassador. You will craft a highly personalized guest journey from pre-arrival through departure, building genuine relationships and anticipating needs with natural warmth.

You will coordinate experiences across departments, greet guests, provide tours, and ensure exceptional service aligned with LQA and Forbes standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of guest-facing experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Fluency in English; Russian language is a strong advantage.
• Experience with VIP, repeat, or high-profile guests is preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-arrival outreach to confirm bookings, understand preferences, and personalize the stay experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest emails and messages with a polished communication style.
• Personally meet, greet, and escort guests to their rooms, offering genuine warmth and attention to detail.
• Provide guided tours of the resort and highlight its amenities, services, and unique experiences.
• Act as the main point of contact for in-house guests, managing all requests and follow-ups efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests, ensuring every interaction feels individual and thoughtful.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, especially with Housekeeping, F&B, SPA and Culinary to curate bespoke moments and surprise touches.
• Participate in guest events, cocktail receptions, and resort activities, engaging naturally with guests.
• Personally inspect VIP rooms and coordinate room readiness with Housekeeping.
• Ensure LQA and Forbes service standards are upheld in all interactions.
• Maintain updated guest profiles, preferences, and histories in compliance with data privacy guidelines.
