• Ensure all contractual obligations including SLA’s & KPI’s are met.

Job description

Overview

• Monitor & mentor to ensure all health & safety requirements are met and adhered to.
• Manage a busy airside operation where the technical cleaning is provided to all customers.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met including but not limited to SLA’s & KPI’s.
• Liaise with client management to represent the company and discuss outstanding issues.
• Monitor performance & disciplinary status of all staff.
• Liaise with Head Office for all HR related & performance issues.
• Represent the company to all regulatory bodies currently active at the airport including police, customs, CID & airport safety.
• Justify expenditure, produce accurate figures for P&L presentation.
