Job summary

Dubai Air Navigation Services is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to drive compliant pass issuance for employees, contractors and visitors at the airport. You will support applicants, ensure documentation meets requirements, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

The role requires data handling, awareness of information security policies, and adherence to internal procedures. Full-time position based in Dubai with knowledge of government pass processes preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data processing and in an administration position.
• Knowledge of online/manual government pass application processes.
• Knowledge of airport security requirements, including physical access control.
• Aviation industry experience preferable.
• Knowledge of administration and management processes within a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of activities to ensure all employees, contractors and visitors are fully supported and able to obtain the required passes on time.
• Support applicants in completing applications and obtaining supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with current requirements and policy.
• Keep up to date with changes to the pass application process and update internal processes and policies accordingly.
• Liaise with Police, Airport Pass Offices, airport authorities and applicants; track all pass applications and inform applicants of progress.
