Job summary

Dubai Air Navigation Services in Dubai is seeking a Pass Administration Coordinator to ensure timely processing of airport passes for employees, contractors and visitors. You will support applicants, gather documentation, and ensure compliance with security and policy requirements.

You will liaise with police, pass offices and authorities, maintain databases, and keep stakeholders informed of progress while following all information security policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data processing and in an administration position.
• Knowledge of online/manual government pass application processes.
• Knowledge of airport security requirements, including physical access control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of all activities required to ensure all employees, contractors and visitors are fully supported and able to obtain the required passes on time.
• Support applicants in completing applications and obtaining supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with current requirements and policies.
• Follow correct procedures for all airport security and pass types; stay updated on process changes and update internal policies as required.
• Liaise with Police, Airport Pass Offices, airport authorities and applicants; track pass applications and inform applicants of progress.
