Job summary

Dubai Aviation Corporation is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent to deliver high-quality passenger service across check-in, boarding, transfers and arrivals, ensuring smooth processing and timely departures.

You will manage desk allocations, monitor queues, enforce policies, assist passengers through security and immigration, and support on-time turnarounds while liaising with stakeholders to handle delays or disruptions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
• 2–4 years of airline operations experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the economy product at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals.
• Sets up check-in area and allocates desks, manpower and resources for economy passengers.
• Monitors passenger flow and queue times; adjusts desk allocation as required.
• Enforces flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, and documentation.
• Assists passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas.
• Ensures on-time boarding and safe embarkation/disembarkation processes.
• Liaises with stakeholders and handles delays or disruptions.
