Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed within last three years.
• UAE national, 21+ with valid family book.
• Completion or exemption from UAE National Service (males).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ready to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride.
• Open to working at airports outside the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support airport teams to deliver guest experiences and maintain operations across all shifts.
• Oversee critical areas ensuring safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges in a 24/7 environment.
• Develop supervisory and leadership capabilities through hands-on mentoring and exposure to best practices.
• Monitor and optimise operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to enhance processes.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation in Etihad's aviation standards.
• Adapt to evolving operational needs across the airport network.
