Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is seeking a Customer Service Agent within Airport Operations to oversee the Information desk and ensure a seamless passenger experience. The role emphasizes effective communication, stakeholder coordination, and timely resolution of passenger queries.

Responsibilities include managing the information centre 24/7, guiding passengers, handling VIP/CIP facilitation, Lost & Found, and maintaining terminal facilities.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist passengers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with passengers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with agencies to manage queues and flow.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and guide to appropriate areas.
• Manage Information Centre operations around the clock.
• Respond to inquiries in person and over the phone promptly.
• Maintain terminal facilities and passenger amenities.
• Coordinate with Police, Immigration, Customs and other agencies.
• Assist VIP/CIP and special passengers (UM, INAD, DEPU, wheelchairs).
• Update flight information display and manage passenger flow.
