Job summary

HTC Global Services is currently hiring a Technical IT Project Manager specializing in Flight Operations and Crew Management for an on-site, 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy IT applications and infrastructure changes to keep airline operations safe and efficient, using RTL release pathways and ITIL-aligned governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically within an Airline or Aviation IT environment.
• Deep functional understanding of Flight Operations systems or Crew Management solutions.
• Familiarity with aviation operational realities such as crew duty limitations and real-time operational disruptions.
• Readiness to learn about new functional domains.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End execution of IT projects within Flight Operations and Crew Operations.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmap alignment.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory standards are met through RTL processes.
