Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and customer programs to drive multiple aircraft work packages. The role requires leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with planning, accounting, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

You will relocate to Abu Dhabi and establish residence as part of joining our flagship service center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation or Management.
• Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in customer project management or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of GCAA, EASA, FAA regulations (e.g., Part 145).
• Working knowledge of environmental, health & safety rules in maintenance operations.
• Interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP and budgeting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer primary point-of-contact for quotes, invoices, updates and warranty issues.
• Perform project management for multiple aircraft, identifying risks and managing constraints.
• Manage schedules and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of work packages.
• Lead status meetings and maintain daily status reports across departments.
• Coordinate special programs with Planning, Invoice Analysts and Materials.
• Review, approve and sign final customer invoices, including margin analysis and warranty negotiations.
• Post-work package follow-up and issue resolution with customers.
• Aim to meet or exceed facility financial objectives on all projects.
