Job summary
Bombardier is establishing a new Abu Dhabi Service Center at Al Bateen Executive Airport to support the full Bombardier aircraft portfolio. This role requires relocation to Abu Dhabi and leads daily maintenance operations for the Middle East aftermarket team, driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The candidate will oversee resources, mentor staff, and coordinate with customers and regulatory stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with SMS and airworthiness standards.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Bombardier aircraft type experience (Global & Challenger).
- GCAA and/or EASA Part 66 license B2 and/or C.
- Minimum 2 years leadership/supervisor experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings.
- Willingness to travel on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring work is safe, efficient, on schedule, and compliant.
- Coordinate and prioritize manpower, workload, overtime, and task assignments while optimizing resources.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and troubleshooting support to maintenance teams.
- Supervise and certify maintenance activities, ensuring release to service meets requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues to support timely resolution.
