Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with forwarder, air charter broker or carrier.
• Strong team skills, flexibility and attention to detail.
• Assertive, responsible, hands-on mindset.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate competitive air charter solutions for global customers.
• Handle and advise on sales prices, terms and post fixture guidance.
• Maintain and grow relations with airline partners.
• Support worldwide offices to develop sales leads and join customer meetings.
• Promote air charter services to external customers.
• Travel for meetings and supervise charters when required.
